Photo Copy, Share and Large-File Troubleshooting
If copying or sharing is unavailable, download the reviewed file. A successful copy message does not mean it was pasted into another editor or published.
Review the final file first
After editing, open the final-file review, inspect the full image and its edges, and confirm it. Copy and share use the current reviewed output, not the original. An edit that changes the output requires review again.
Permission, support, and cancellation differ
Click the copy button yourself. If the browser does not support the clipboard operation or refuses permission, use the download fallback. Cancelling a share is neither an error nor proof of publication.
Photo sharing targets only the current reviewed image prepared for the OS. If the share menu or file sharing is unavailable, download it. Sharing the tool is separate from sharing a photo, and remains disabled until its public address is approved.
Check format and transparency
PNG copying uses the reviewed file’s bytes. Opaque JPEG and WebP outputs are converted from the reviewed copy to PNG, then checked for pixel equality. Transparent WebP copying is blocked because exact pixel preservation cannot be proven; download the reviewed file instead.
A receiving editor may transform images. Check the pasted result’s covers, transparency, and dimensions. Read the output notice before converting a transparent image to JPEG if you do not want a white background.
Large files and saving problems
Supported inputs are reduced to working copies of at most 12 megapixels, with changed dimensions shown. If input limits or memory checks are exceeded, use a trusted local tool to make a smaller copy or prepare fewer photos per session. Original files are not changed or sent to a server.
If a download does not start, check browser download restrictions, storage space, and the file app. Find the new copy in downloads, open it, and check covers, dimensions, and transparency. Reload only as a last step: work is held in memory. For a contact draft, describe the device, browser, and reproduction steps instead of including originals or sensitive information.
