1. Editing photos picked in the editor

In the normal editing flow, photos you pick in the editor, file names, cover positions, edit values and output files are processed in your browser. The editor code has no feature to upload them to a server. Automatic face stickers run on your device with a model loaded from this same site. The editor’s security policy (CSP) blocks data requests to other sites.

Normal editing does not save photos or edits automatically; they may be lost when you close or reload the tab. Downloaded copies, and results you copy or share, are managed by your device and the apps you choose.

GarimPic may still appear in the operating system’s share menu on devices with an earlier installed app. Do not use that route; pick files directly in the editor instead. When the current blocking worker is active and handles the request, it directs you to pick files without reading or newly storing the photo. This block does not apply immediately to every earlier installation. If no worker handles the request, a POST containing the original photo may reach the host. Photos and file names stored by an older worker may remain in on-device Cache Storage. The editor deletes them when it opens that share. You can also clear them by deleting site data for the editor’s address in your browser.

2. Personal information we process and why

Support email

when you write to [email protected], we process your address, your name if you include it, and the message and attachments to reply. Please do not send original photos, passwords or payment details.

Access logs

when you open the site, the hosting provider may process records such as IP address, request time and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure. GarimPic uses no visitor analytics, advertising or session-recording tools.

Support payments

"Buy me a coffee" happens on Buy Me a Coffee, an external service. Information supporters enter there and with payment providers follows those companies’ policies. Buy Me a Coffee may provide supporter contact details to the operator. The GarimPic site does not receive payment details, and every feature is the same whether or not you support.

3. Retention and deletion

The operator manages inquiry email manually. Unresolved inquiries are kept as needed to reply and follow up. After the final reply, we keep inquiry email for no more than 30 days and delete it sooner when it is no longer needed. Emails subject to a separate legal retention duty are kept apart from ordinary inquiries for the applicable period.

Access logs follow the hosting provider’s retention; the operator does not download or keep them separately.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except where a lawful request requires it and only to that extent.

5. Processors and transfers abroad

Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosts and delivers the site and forwards support email. Access records and support emails are transmitted over the network when used. The provider’s retention of its own records may differ from the operator’s email retention period and follows the provider’s policy.

Google LLC (United States, Gmail): the inbox that receives support email. Emails are transmitted when forwarded. Section 3 applies to inquiry emails in the operator’s mailbox; Google’s own records and deletion process follow its policy.

If you do not want this transfer, you need not send an email; covering and saving photos still work. Opening the site itself requires the hosting provider’s processing.

6. Cookies and on-device storage

GarimPic code sets no cookies. Output settings you save, your choice to turn the brand mark off, and your shutter face-cover choice are kept in this browser’s storage and are never sent to the operator. Section 1 describes the photo cache that an earlier installed app’s share receiver may leave behind. The theme choice lasts for the current tab only.

Clearing site data for the editor’s address in your browser deletes them. Output settings can also be removed under My output settings in the editor.

7. Your rights

You or your legal guardian may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of personal information the operator holds about you. Send requests to [email protected].

GarimPic does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

8. Security measures

We process only the minimum needed, and only the operator reads support email. The normal file-picking flow has no photo upload feature, reducing risk.
